2 oz Lindemans Raspberry Lambic
4 oz Prosecco
.5 oz Chambord
1 each Raspberry
In a mixing glass, stir in ingredients with 2 ounces of ice for 5 seconds. Strain into Champagne flute. Squeeze lemon peel over glass and discard peel. Garnish with fresh raspberry on a pick. (Note: Drink should have a foam cap)
About Lindemans Lambics
Southwest of Brussels in the quiet town of Vlezenbeek, the Lindemans family have been commercial brewing since 1511. Lambic, or spontaneously fermented, beers are the world’s most unusual and rarest beer styles. They are the only beer style fermented via wild, airborne yeast. Lambic brewing is proprietary only to a ten mile radius around Brussels. Brewing only takes place between the months of October and May.
The Red Velvet cocktail is available in all Morton’s locations during Valentine’s Weekend (February 11 – February 14).
